Speaking of such, I want the new Eragon book damn it all! I never have the 13 dollars extra to spend on it

Alas, I can probably make due on some of these Stephen King books I haven't read yet (Although Autumn's had them since god knows when...)

$13? Cheap books, we pay like I guess $15-20USD for any books which arent old.

Does that make 3 books? Eragon, Eldest and, is this one green? Ive seen the movie, thats all

Man Liz, you need to find some better books. Eragon is another lame one. The main character is a self-insert gary stu (mary sue) for crying out loud.

@Funky- It's Eragon, Eldest, and Brisinger. Blue, red, and yellow.

@Nancy - you need a sarcasm detector.

Amazingly, I agree with Emily for once. Eragon wasn't terrible, but Eldest was very poorly written, in my opinion. I have no idea what she's talking about with regards to the main character - but I personally felt the author just did an all around poor job.

I rather liked both of the Eragon books I have read. I didn't see much of a difference in the writing of each. The only thing I hate is that movie they made. A fucking travesty.

I'm sorry, but it's really hard to not interpret "I should ban you" as sarcasm, considering the way all of your replies were worded. Hate's a strong word, and you used it many a times, to the point that it's flaming. You guys must spend too much time around people who are afraid to voice their thoughts or something. Notta once did I attempt to force my opinions on you, any of you, and yet that seems to be what you guys are getting out of it.

Also, flaming means its a personal attack. Did I ever ONCE say I hated Liz, or Nancy, or any of you, for that matter? No.

I don't know how things are where you live, Nancy, but around here the Twilight series is just disgustingly popular. It's to the point where you can't mention reading without getting at least three fangirls hopping up and spewing their poison all over the conversation. The attitude surrounding those books has made me hate them. The attitude OF the fangirls has made me hate THEM. I picked up one of the books off of a friend's desk and got through about 3/4 of a chapter before I wanted to puke.

Liz can keep her fandoms, just know I don't agree. This goes for Eragon as well

I've made it clear I don't mind that you dislike books, just don't try and change my views on them (And YES for the love of god I know you're not doing that, I'm just stating it.) Eldest was disappointing until somewhere near the end...

Actually, the new one is Black, but the dragon on the front is yellow/gold. I dislike the cover though because he broke from his "Cover-Dragon" color matching and that he broke his small pattern of titles with 6 Letters that start with E. Petty differences, but I'm a whore for cosmetic effect.
