somewhat daft question - aibatt transy

These aibatt transyies. What do they do apart from making you look like an aibatt?

Once you use one, does it wear off after a while, and can you still fight while you are an aibatt?

If you use one, do aggros cease attacking you? Do they attack if you attack another mob?

If they stop aggros attacking, I can see them being very useful down the dungeons. Or for an RM/assist.

The transies will wear off after awhile, and you can still fight with it on (only transies that prevent you from fighting are the santa claus and the losha ones). They do prevent aggros from attacking you (at least they did the last time I used them in the dekanes mines). However, some transies slow your attack rate (I think they all do, except for the small mushpang transie)

It might be something that they introduced recently then. I do recall having done that when they first came out, and I also recall people using the mushpang trans in siege for the added aspd, however that was quite a while ago.


BTW mrcharly: I forgot to mention that you can't board when you're transied, so that might be something that you should keep in mind.

I know assists can still use buffs and heal while transied, but I am almost positive that you cannot fight.

Ah, it looks like they changed it. I tested it out and yeah, you can't fight while transied. That's a shame.

Just to prove I'm not crazy though, here's some proof that you used to be able to fight while transied. Granted it's euFlyff, but their version is identical to ours. If you look closely you'll see a psy using a baby lugia transie, and I believe there's someone in an aibatt and someone else in a lawolf transie running around. Plus, I remember testing out the mushpang aspd thing a long time ago.
